The estate is home to Il Calimero, a Dolcetto d'Asti DOC made from historic vines planted in 1982. The wine is produced with 100% whole clusters, inspired by Burgundy, and is best served at 12°C.
Depending on availability, guests may also discover the estate's Sauvignon and a Chardonnay from old vines, hand-harvested in crates and matured in barrique under the MonteOliveto name.
